After thousands of REALTORS® engaged with the recent RAGN post about his 60-hour “World’s Longest Open House” fundraiser, REALTOR® Kyle Olson decided to invite others to join the fun and support the Alzheimer’s Association. “I would love to partner with an Open House in every major city,” says Kyle.

So far, around 70 REALTORS® have expressed interest in holding an open house fundraiser on the longest day of the year, June 21.

“We are starting with a handful of hosts this year and laying out the playbook, so it's easy for any agent from any brokerage to successfully host a Longest Open House.”

“We have broken it down into a couple of different examples of events that are plug-and-play for REALTORS® to customize from a 5-hour event, an all-day, or setting the World Record with me June 21-23.”

Way to Go Kyle Olson, REALTOR - Keller Williams Inspire Realty!

From Friday morning through Sunday night, REALTOR® Kyle Olson held a 60-hour open house with a side motive of helping an important cause. Olson’s third annual World’s Longest Open House, in Fargo, N.D., featured hourly livestreams, late-night showings, and events like jazzercise and chalk art.

Between showings, Olson raised $10,000 to combat Alzheimer’s, the disease that robbed him of more time with his dad, Dewey. Beyond being a tribute to Olson’s father, the event has turned into a bonding experience for Olson and his son, Tucker, who simultaneously hosted the Longest Lemon-aid Stand for 12 hours.

“He loves this idea,” says Olson. "Every day, he comes up with different, creative ways to add to it. It’s so fantastic to go from working with my dad as a farmer and having those great memories and now having my son want to come with me to do these fun things for a good cause.”

Regency Title is excited to introduce our first annual “Remarkable Teacher” award to Mrs. Bayman! We are happy to present Danielle with funds to help support her classroom and students for the 23/24 school year.
When we spoke to people about Danielle, we heard about how much she cares about her children and has put countless hours and her own resources into making their classroom lives with her as great as they can be! Danielle is hardworking, selfless and loves her kiddos and they love her. Thank you for all you do for the kids, helping to shape the next generation of amazing people that will impact our community.

A little about Danielle from a colleague…. When you walk into Danielle's classroom you can feel the genuine love the students have for her and each other. She makes it a point that her learners know that no matter what, they are accepted and loved for who they are. Due to the amazing relationships, she builds in her classroom, the students learn and grow so much in their year with Mrs. Bayman. Her students are incredibly lucky to have an educator not only dedicated to their education, but also their overall well-being.
