Hello. This is Lisa Vareberg. I am Yong Sun and Michael Schroeder’s daughter. I have sad news to share that Michael passed away on September 13. He is greatly missed. We are now closed for the season. We hope to see all of our valued customers next spring with our new trailer and menu.

The Street Fair is over, but we are still here.

We will be open at our 425 Broadway Ave North food court location during the street fair.

This week we will be open from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m Monday through Saturday at our 425 Broadway Ave North location.

We are open at the 901 1st Ave north, Moorhead location today. We are featuring our Korean beef bowl and beef or pork dumplings. We look forward to having some Fargo and West Fargo locations soon since we are now licensed for those areas also.

After a long wait, we are finally open.

We will be opening Thursday at 11:00 am with our new truck at our old location at 901 1st Ave north in Moorhead. Our menu will be Korean BBQ Beef Bowl and fried beef or pork dumplings. Once we get licensed in Fargo we will be setting up in different locations.

Very shortly our yellow trailer will be going down the road, but don’t worry our new Food Truck will be ready soon with our new Korean menu. Let us know if you have locations in Fargo, West Fargo or Moorhead that you would like to see us at and we will see what we can do.

Due to COVID-19 and my health, we will remain closed until further notice. I hope everyone stays safe and healthy during these unknown times.

Unfortunately we are now closed for the season. We hope to be open in March.

Unfortunately the lot for the trailer hasn’t been plowed yet (2 broken down plows) and a car and truck got stuck and had to be pushed out, so we decided to close for the day. Hopefully it will be taken care of by tomorrow.

We will be leaving our Moorhead location on September 1st for the Lac Qui Parle County Fair in Madison, MN and are not sure when we will return. We will post when we know.
