Congratulations to John on his retirement earlier this year! John worked for Northern Improvement for 41 years, most recently as a superintendent for our Heavy Industrial crew. Although John has retired, he still continues to work part time. We hope you are making the most out of your retirement!

Huge thank you to all of our vendors and employees who came out to our annual Maintenance Meeting last week!
Our Maintenance Meeting is a yearly event that gives our employees an opportunity to learn some tips and tricks on keeping our equipment in tip-top shape. Employees had some great opportunities to try some new equipment and play some games at the shop, and everyone went home with some awesome swag and gifts thanks to all our venders.
