Big Mama Jazz back with Rasta Pasta 😋😋🥰
Ingredients: Chicken Breast
Pasta noodles
Green, yellow, red peppers 🫑 🌶
Green onions
Jerk seasoning
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
Vegetable stock (1/2 cup)
Heavy whipping cream (1 cup)
Parmesan Cheese (grated & shredded)
Directions: Start boiling your pasta noodles and set to the side once they are done.
While the pasta is boiling, chop your chicken breast up, wash & dry, then season your chicken with jerk seasoning.
Cook the chicken until brown and set aside once finish.
After the chicken has cooked and your noodles are soft, sauté your peppers 🫑 🌶, onions, and minced garlic 🧄 in the vegetable oil. While that is sautéing, add some jerk seasoning.
Once that is finished add your heavy whipping cream, vegetable stock and chicken.
Allow the cream to simmer and thicken.
Once the cream has thickened add in your pasta and Parmesan cheese.
Mix it all together. If you need to add a bit more heavy cream for the extra creaminess then go right ahead. Do whatever makes your stomach happy 😃 and your legs shake. Now enjoy ☺️ your pasta with a salad or some garlic toast. As you can see I paired my dinner with garlic toast. ❤️❤️
Taco Tuesday we had taco lasanga instead of traditional tacos amd nachos.

Ingredients:
Ground beef
Flour tortillas
Taco seasoning
Taco sauce
Nacho cheese sauce
1 can of rotel
Shredded cheese
Cream cheese.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
Spray baking pan with cooking spray or lightly grease pan with olive oil.
Ground meat (beef or Turkey) (I use Turkey meat)
After your ground your meat drain the meat. Season your meat with whatever season you like or you can use the taco seasoning packets.
In a separate bowl mix the can of rotel and 1 block of 8oz cream cheese together. After you’ve seasoned your meat and mixed your cream cheese sauce now it’s time to layer the lasagna 😋
Now start with the flour tortillas in the pan first, then add your meat, next add some nacho cheese sauce, taco sauce, after adding some taco sauce spread the cream cheese sauce. After spreading the cream cheese sauce you now want to sprinkle your shredded cheese. Once you’ve added that you need to repeat these steps and add two layers. Top it off with shredded cheese on top. After adding two more layers (a total of 3 layers in all) you lightly cover the pan with foil. Lighttttlyyyyy now lightly. By now your oven should be heated so it’s time to stick that baby in the oven for about 30-45 minutes (get that cheese melted)
Now once it’s finish you can add toppings (shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream) OHHHH MYYYY GOODNESS THIS IS ONO.
