It amazes me that during WW2 all Americans had to make do with nothing new and gladly participated in drives for metal, rubber, paper, and everything was rationed, but now they complain if they are asked to bring their own bags or drive less to save the only planet we have to live on.

I couldn't help but notice his medals I just had to go and ask him about his life and say thank you for his service to our country. He became really overwhelmed and cried. He said 'thank you young man no one cares about what I have to say anymore.'

I told him that I'm sure there are so many people that do. Can we all please like and share this post and show him just how many of do care about our veterans and prove to Ted he's not forgotten. I will show him this post when he comes back for his dinner next week."

I am accepting applications for craft fair vendors for April 1, May 6, and June 10 in Fayetteville in the gazebo park on the square. This is our3rd year in this location and most vendors are repeat but we would love to welcome new talent. Categories needed are pottery, stained glass, leather goods, woodwork, and unique apparel. If interested pleas email [email protected] for an application and info. We will have additional dates to announce soon. Spaces are limited to a max of 50 per event. There is some electricity onsite and all spaces are easy access. The address is 140 Stonewall Ave W, Fayetteville.

There is some electricity available on site. The location is prime, at the intersection of GA Hwy 85 and Ga Hwy 54 ( Glynn Street and Stonewall Ave.) The area is paved with easy access for vendors and customers and plenty of adjacent parking. I have an application to use one of the downtown venues but want to know who will be TRULY interested. There will be fees involved but they should be minimal.
