This time, the team set a new NCAA Championship record for best score in relation to par after four rounds: 21-under-par!

Tonight was the first graduation celebration for the MU Black Alumni Chapter. Very proud of Aniyah Tate, Jordan Bediako, and Yolanda Curtis.

Faculty for this event were invited by the students, who selected those who made a difference in their educational career and success. The Department is proud that Professor Sarah See, Professor Wendy Vonnegut, and Dr. Eric See were specially invited by a graduate to attend!!

This has been a hard week! Four Officers lost their lives in NC!

“Deputy U.S. Marshal Thomas M. Weeks Jr.; North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) Officers Sam Poloche and William "Alden" Elliott, who were members of a USMS fugitive task force; and CMPD Officer Joshua Eyer. Four other officers were wounded in the line of duty on Monday afternoon.”

The Outstanding Research Award in Criminal Justice has only been awarded 3 times. The research must lead to a conference presentation and or a publication. This student research led to both. Presented in March in Chicago with Spring Publication with Roman and Littlefield.
