LGBT+ community centers provide a variety of services, including: Cultural events, Wellness programs, Career services, A network for connecting people in the LGBT+ community, and Education on the cultural aspects of the LGBT+ community.

Join this national movement to change the way we heal ourselves and heal others.

This training is for people who see patterns they want to break. Wheither its for yourself or others.

You will learn the Usui Reiki fundamentals and a new approach to healing.

This training is amazing. It will open your eyes.

This reiki training is based in Usui Reiki concepts with specialized focus on the "pain body" and how it relates to the manifestations of addiction behaviors, codependent tendencies, and trauma responses.

How many times have you walked through the shadows and experienced death?

9 years ago I stepped out of the shadows of my addiction of prescription medication and into a conscious change.

Versions of me continue to die and I experience that most transformational rebirths.

I decide day after day to take one breath at a time.

To move with Compassionate love and leadership.

To be a good friend.

To inspire my children.

I choose me over and over again.

Life be lif-ing and I move gracefully and fall hard some days.

Life is so f@ #$ing good and painful at the same time.

On my way to DC to celebrate change with peers and recovery advocates across the nation.
