First we laced new boards into the old floor. Then continued the flooring throughout the new living room and halls before starting upstairs.

We took out all the old school glue down carpet only to find vct underneath. Instead of taking the vct up, we all decided to primer over it (ensures the next product will adhere correctly), and then float over the entire floor to fill in any height differences, then came over that with self leveler to make sure the surface is nice and smooth. After all that prep work, then we was finally able to install the glue down lvp and covebase around the walls. Another beautiful project done and complete.
When getting your floor estimates, please ask them to show you floor prep they have done in the past. If floor prep is not done correctly, you void your manufacturer warranties of your flooring product.

This right here is what separates our installation from everyone else! If your installers are not putting a level on the floor as soon as they get to the subfloor, kick them out! Subfloor prep is our biggest concern when installing any hardsurface product. We will be laying LVP over this entire home once prep is done. Don't let anyone tell you "lvp can go over anything". 1 more day of prep, mainly grinding now, and then we get to install 2,200 sqft of our locally bought 20mil wear layer lvp. Stay tuned!

And sometimes jobs go super smoothly. Our crew had a breeze installing this new carpet. Install tack strips, no problem. Pattern carpet on stairs, no problem. 2 different types of carpet on 1 job, no problem. Give us a call and let us do all the work for you.

Sometimes when you are ripping up subfloor, you run into more suprises than you expect: floating walls, joists repair, deck screws everywhere, water damage, etc. But nothing new here at FCI of NWA, we will get this all tore out this week and put back together. Customer is on a deadline, and we are here to meet that. Stay tuned

Thank you to our brand new neighbors in Farmington and congratulations on your new home! In order to make their new home cozy, our customers decided to go with our Cresent Peak collection in the Soft Fleece color. To add durability to their high traffic areas, they decided to go with our Classic Lodge lvp that comes with a standard 20mil wear layer protection.

All waterproofing products come with a warranty, but did you know that mixing up manufacturers will void your warranty???
Make sure you are fully covered by making sure everything is the same color:

Schluter --> Orange
Prova --> Pink
Hydro Blok --> Green

Just dropped off this 20mil wear layer lvp from one of our local suppliers. Every hard surface material must acclimate to your home's environment before installation. But each different manufacturer has their own requirements of timeframe. Be sure to follow all manufacturer's recommendations or your warranty will be void. Install starts Thurs. May18.

Last week we started this custom shower remodel for our friends in Bentonville. It turned out perfect! As you can see, we cut no corners and only use the kerdi waterproofing products made by Schluter. You want a warranty, make sure it's all the same product. Showers is what we specialize in, so reach out when you are ready for your dream shower.

We installed this backsplash last week in Rogers using our Craft II tile from Emser Tile. This was the finishing touch on their kitchen remodel and it turned out great! Thank you for allowing us to be a small part in your renovation.
