After not feeling supported. After struggling with suicidal thoughts. After being emotionally abused (not her words). After being led to tears. After being lied on and character being attached. Meghan, while “being a strong woman,” found it difficult to accept that she was a huge factor in saving someone.
She even went on to describe the story of a princess, “OMG, She falls in love with a prince and then she gets her voice back…Greater than any fairytale”
She, like many women, didn’t realize she was the hero the entire time. 🤔
Can anyone relate?

Meghan and Harry mentioned "the institution" multiple times during the interview. Harry even said, "There is this invisible contract behind closed doors, behind the institution and U.K. tabloids."
Prince Harry, like his mother, is an example of a true ally and advocate. When the privileged see that a system they are a part of is causing harm (systemically, mentally, or physically) to those they say they love, the privileged person should be the catalyst for change.

Meghan reminds us that Black men, even the unborn, are not safe.
Imagine, a Black child born into an institution determined by royal 👑 blood that protects EVERYONE except him because of the color of his skin. 🙄
Do you believe that this still describes most institutions around the world? Do you feel unsafe navigating your current institution/s?
