Openings in our preschool and toddler rooms. Come join our center where we are big on love and guiding hearts to God above 🧡 We believe that it's never to early to start teaching! Our curriculum consists of the following:
A. Teaching children how to write names, numbers and letters.
B. Science- learning how to explore and how things work in this wonderful world.
C. Math-some of the most important math skills include number recognition, counting, and sorting. These skills lay the foundation for more complex concepts like addition and subtraction. Therefore, we provide opportunities for children to practice these to learn early math.
D. Language-Phonological awareness is the ability to detect and manipulate the sounds in words independent of word meaning. It improves school readiness skills and can be taught before children learn to read.
E. Fine and gross development-Motor skills are the capabilities that allow us to make large or small movements with any combination of body parts. It is through mastering these key movement patterns that children gain independence while also paving the pathway towards more complex fine-motor abilities (i.e drawing pictures) and gross motor activities (such as running).
F. Art and music- this helps the children be creative and enhances cognitive skills and academic achievements.

Math: “Positions and Patterns Week 3 Day 5.”🤍
April Math Unit is all about Positions and Patterns!! Throughout the unit, the child will learn and be able to acknowledge positions and patterns! For our math today, we talked about the mathematical points for todays lesson, “Patterns can be made up of anything. As long as the rules for the pattern remain the same. the snap cubes can be replaced by any manipulative.” For todays lesson, the children shown a pattern tower of snap cubes. The tower was “knocked” down to become a pattern train. The children were to follow the pattern with their own snap cubes and continue on with the pattern. The children practiced with a few different pattern types that are appropriate for their skill levels!🤍
Let them be little,
Let them be silly,
Let them giggle,
Let them explore,
Let them ask for you to read that story once more,
They’re only little for so long,
Then one day these precious tender moments are gone,
The memories carried with you like a delicate old song,
Let them play,
Let them sing,
This will all be gone in a blink,
One day these little moments will feel like a distant dream 💭 ❤️
Fun with play dough and so many table activities! We include reading during meal times and lots of hands on learning so its fun and educational!.
Ghee whiz today is a game of Dino tag! One of the children is a sleeping T-Rex and the others are dinosaurs. When the tea Rex wakes up, they chase the other children and tag who the next T-Rex will be. This game lets children use their gross motor skills and teaches them teamwork when playing a game. It also teaches good sportsmanship.
Fun outside growing our bodies and minds!
Picnic tables to eat at, lots of fun toys, and teachers passionate about nurturing little hearts and minds!
Come join little blessings and the March Madness. We do lots of hands on activities and group play time as well as learning such as days of the week, months, writing our names, numbers, and letters and so much more!
Happy March from little blessings!
Lots of fun stuff going on at Little Blessings!
Outside activity: racing!
Today the children raced each other and the teachers! They wanted to show us how fast they are! We all counted to three and then they were off! We even turned it into a fun obstacle course! This activity helps with gross motor skills, counting to three, and cognitive and they move around the obstacles!
