Team R.O.C, Fighting in the Cage Since 1997 Team R.O.C (Reality of Combat) is one of the best amateur mixed martial arts schools in the nation!
Primarily North Carolina-based, it is constantly growing, with around 10 locations in North Carolina and Virginia! Team R.O.C offers instruction in Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and CrossFit. Gracie Jiu Jitsu:
