Friday is cheat day! Come enjoy some KEY LIME PIE!!!

Lime juice and sugar are the main components of this sweet & sour combination. Topped with a ring of whipped cream and a fresh slice of lime.

CARNITAS AND CORNBREAD…For the Gluten Conscious Carnivore

Chipotle smoked pork, black beans, onions, tomatoes, and green peppers are baked together under a gluten-less, cheddar cornbread top crust then garnished with a swirl of southwest sour cream and honey, then sprinkled with cheddar cheese

*Although this pie was made without gluten, we say “gluten-less” because we still have flour in our kitchen.
