I know ya'll have been waiting for STEAK NIGHT. We've been busy with the new menu so we didn't get a picture. Tonight's feature is a Beef Un-Wellington, 8oz filet topped with mushroom duxelles and a biscuit crouton, served over country ham risotto. Steak feature is limited in number and available tonight only, starting at 5:00.

Not to be cocky, but we have the new extremely limited release Blood Oath Pact 10. Two well-bred ryed bourbons and one finished bourbon each complementing the other.In honor of their double-digit milestone, we’ve achieved a double, Blood Oath did a double finish. The first finish was perfected in Cabernet Franc barrels, with the second refined in Merlot casks.

The King of Cocktails himself, Dale Degroff, has collaborated with Clear Creek Distillery to New World Amaro and a Aperitivo. Cannot wait to feature these in our upcoming cocktail menu. His books are among my favorites
