Today is the 2024 Solar Eclipse. In Fayetteville, the eclipse will last 2 hours and 30 minutes. Makes sure to view the eclipse with your eclipse glasses on! Be safe and have fun!

The talk to be presented will be titled “Leading through Crisis with AI” and will address how Artificial Intelligence can be used to prepare managers at all levels in the public, non-profit, and private sectors to lead through and learn from crisis using a POP-DOC (Perceive, Orient, Predict, Decide, Operationalize, Communicate) loop. Here Dr. Spisak will discuss how AI can play the role of co-pilot through each of these stages, and will draw upon Chapter 5 of Computational Leadership as well as his recent work in developing an AI-driven training-bot.
