The Elkins Middle School Addition will start construction this fall. It will be 19,000 SF with storm shelter, art room, music room, PE gym, classrooms, Admin offices, and connecting corridors to tie into two other existing buildings. We are excited for the Elkins School District as it continues to grow!

We visited the Star on Spring construction progress today! Amazing what this transformation will be for this historic building in downtown Springdale into a new generation hotel!

We had a great day attending the Groundbreaking ceremony in Springdale for The new Teslar Software office building! They are a great client with a bright future and are continuing to Grow! Go Teslar!

The project is an approximately 3-story 47,000 SF office building located in the overlay district in West Springdale. The building will be the first of an 80 acre commercial development!

The Elkins High School Competition Gymnasium was completed for the 2023 season. The gymnasium seats 1,332 and is a state of the art facility. We are very proud how the project turned out with C.R. Crawford Construction

Office pin-up discussions are crucial for our projects to get every idea out there possible. We are starting design on an upcoming dental clinic in Bentonville! Happy Memorial Day to everyone!

We attended the Star on Spring official groundbreaking today in Downtown Springdale. The existing 2-story approximately 9,000 SF building will be repurposed into an Airbnb Boutique Hotel. The 1930’s building is a historic building in the heart of Downtown and we are excited to see it brought back to life. It was originally a car showroom for Star Automotive.
