We truly appreciate the support. Unfortunately, with numbers like we have never seen this early in registration Youth Registrations have reached their capacity.
Adults, do not panic, Adult registrations are currently just fine.

Please know we hate to have to disappoint any youth athletes. We ordered additional mats after our October 2022 event, they just unfortunatley can not get them to us in time for April.
We look forward to breaking those in for June.

Congratulations to Anthony (Decatur) and Jase (Tahoma) for qualifying for state! Great work boys, your GBFW family is so proud of you! Catch them this weekend at the Tacoma Dome.

The PNW Workshop #2 was a roaring success & we are extremely grateful to all of you who came out and spent the evening with us in support of the We Defy mission! Huge thanks to Gracie Barra Federal Way and Professor for hosting - *shout out to Maebel & Jayda for their hard work behind the scenes!* Thank you to the Adamson Bros Jiu Jitsu for making the trip up and sharing their knowledge, to Women Who Roll for your ongoing support and voice for women in Jiu Jitsu, to Tyy Withrow Photography for so dynamically capturing this workshop and more, and to our WA State Ambassadors ._.daniellejj, , , and .flawau for their seemingly tireless efforts. There will no longer be a NoGi class on Tuesdays at 7:30PM.

KYS Promotions - Proving Grounds

Saddened to hear the news of Professor Orlando Sanchez. Not many know but he played a big part of our ownership of GBFW. As a business man and multi school owner he took it upon himself to mentor Professor Jeff in being a new school owner. He was the first seminar we had during our grand opening and has been family ever since. Rest in Paradise Professor 🙏🏽♥️ Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
