About Me:
Hi! I’m Monica Curtis and I’m the night receptionist at Salon 322! I’m coming up on 3 years and it’s been the best ever! I love this team so much! They make coming to work so enjoyable! It’s seriously the best team ever!

When I’m not at the desk at night I teach preschool in Springfield and have been for 12 years now.

I’ve been with my husband for 16 years going on 10 years of marriage. We have one daughter who is a sassy little firecracker. She just turned 4 and she definitely keeps us on our toes. We also have a 9 year old pup named Bentley.

When I do get some free time to myself I enjoy sitting outside with a good book. I love a good thunderstorm. I’m a huge Packers and Bruins fan!

Meet Alexa!

It’s been way too long since I’ve done a little something about me! So for all my new followers, and people I haven’t met before, here it is…

My name is Alexa Pszeniczny and I’ve been a hairstylist at Salon 322 in Agawam for 8 years. I absolutely love what I do but a few of my favorites include…
-balayage, or lived in looks. Creating a beautiful, seamless, blended color that keeps dimension is one of favorite things to do behind the chair!
-blonding! Going blonde can be a journey and there are soooo many different tones and types of blonde. I love helping people find the best blonde for them and give their hair the love it needs along the way!
-thick hair, if you have thick hair, like myself, you know it can be a STRUGGLE to get a good haircut! Knowing a lot of these frustrations first hand has helped me find solutions to them. You can have a fabulous color but if your cut isn’t working for you, you are way less likely to style your hair the way you want!

I have a daughter and a son who are always keeping me on my toes! They are the best little ones (I know I’m a little biased 😂) and are making me laugh on the daily! The one who really keeps me on my toes though is my 2.5 year old Aussie pup!

Our lucky 13th year in business landed Dave and I with the urge to expand 322 into the med spa world. ❤️
As you all know I have such a passion to age as slowly and gracefully as possible. With a pinch of help from the new glorious inventions of our time never hurt anyone🤭😉
I can’t wait to take you on our journey as we give our new home, ((down the street from our current)) a (non invasive) facelift. We will be looking to hire talented, passionate professionals, and combine two teams of some amazing women to provide you the best in the beauty industry. 👊
