New Instructor Spotlight: Arthur Trukshin RRT, ACCS - Respiratory Therapy Program.
Hello to everyone. My name is Arthur Trukshin, I am a registered respiratory therapist and registered respiratory therapist adult critical care specialist (RRT, RRT-ACCS). Since childhood, I have dreamed about a healthcare career. My grandfather had asthma, so I chose to be a respiratory therapist because I saw how hard it is for my grandfather to breathe when he has an asthma attack.
I have graduated from Kansas City Kansas Community College Respiratory Therapy program. While studying respiratory therapy, I was hired as a tutor for the program and assisted instructors in a lab from time to time. I have two passions; one is for adult critical care, and the other is to share my professional knowledge. My door is always open to everyone who wants to discuss a class or wants to say hello.

Instructor Spotlight: Tessa Doubet is now the Director of Clinical Education for the RT AAS Program.
"Thank you for being a dedicated clinical instructor and taking your time to help me learn. Thank you for showing so much patience during our time together.
When I first started my clinical rotation at Kindred, I was a very nervous student. I was afraid to be at an LTAC because I did not feel ready. You were so incredibly kind and patient, and knowledgeable. You allowed me to grow and make my own decisions. I felt confident with my thought process.
Your words and actions have empowered me to continue this journey. Thank you, I appreciate everything you have done."
