ACI Const. Co., Inc. and RCM Architects, Inc. have been unanimously selected by the Hancock County Commissioners as the Design-Build team to design and construct the estimated $12 million, three-story new Judicial Center. The 40,000 sq. ft. structure will be located downtown Findlay across from the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts which was also constructed by the team of ACI Const. Co., Inc. and RCM Architects, Inc.

Perform tasks involving physical labor at building, and heavy construction projects, tunnel and shaft excavations, and demolition sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and remove asbestos, lead, and other hazardous waste materials. May assist other craft workers.

ACI Const. Co., Inc. (Alvada Construction) completed the 11,500 sq. ft. building that is now the Bascom Joint Fire District Station. It includes seven (7) Fire Truck Bays, two (2) EMS Bays, a decontamination area, a radio room, a kitchen, and additional space to conduct training in-house and program administration. We are very proud of the fact that we were able to help provide the Bascom community with a long-term solution for the deployment of emergency services.
