Attention RTSO! Donation and Volunteer Opportunity:)
Last year, Inclusive Halloween hosted 965 community members and over 270 volunteers, making it one of the largest community events on campus. This was a 200% increase in attendance and they are asking organizations to help!
How can we help?
1. Providing candy and/or non-edible trick-or-treat items
2. Seeking Halloween costume donations from your faculty and staff: They appreciate both new and gently used costumes.
3. Encouraging your faculty, staff, and students to volunteer
I can collect wrapped/bagged candy, non-edible items and appropriate Halloween costumes in my office on our behalf. The deadline will be Oct 20. We can talk more about volunteering at our first meeting.
This is truly a great event and it's fun!!! https://events.umflint.edu/k12/events/7284
