Kalamazoo announces groundbreaking prescription cash program for expectant mothers and birthing individuals, launching 2025 Kalamazoo Rx Kids, launching in 2025, is the city’s first cash prescription program for expectant mothers and infants. The initiative, inspired by Flint Rx Kids, offers $1,500 during pregnancy and $500 monthly for a year to support families, improve health, and promote early childhood development.
