Dale Barth understood at an early age what makes a restaurant great. While studying biology at the College of Charleston, Barth waited tables and worked as a bartender and cook. A dream restaurant with good, fresh, and innovative cooking. Attentive and friendly service. An atmosphere that would offer diners an escape from the everyday. Quality food and wine for adults. A fun place to be for kids.

"Best Shrimp and Grits I have ever had! Considering that ordering Shrimp and Grits is almost a hobby for me, that is covering a LOT of ground. The grits were perfect and plentiful and so were the shrimp. The ham was a bonus and made the meal. No highfalutin sauce or gravy to distract you from the shrimp, grits, or ham.
