Wednesdays, 5pm with Rachel
Fridays, 11am with Shannen
Saturdays, 11am with Rachel

Introducing Stretch & Balance!
Stretch & Balance is a 40-minute slow down
combining dynamic and static stretching along with movements that help improve balance, flexibility, and range of motion. It's a perfect recovery class!
Currently on our schedule every Sunday at 11AM. More times to be added! π
