Ten years ago, in my early fifties and working in healthcare, I realized the importance of staying fit. Knowing the risks of inactivity, I committed to a lifelong routine of physical activity.

Kay Simms, a patient of mine, introduced me to Outlaw during an appointment, and I immediately fell in love with both the workouts and the community. Training three days a week with Kay, I eventually took on my first bodybuilding competition in the Masters Division in Houston, marking my return to athleticism.

Since then, I've prioritized my health, aiming to remain active well into my later years. My wife Adriana and I continue to train with Kay three days a week, cherishing the supportive atmosphere at Outlaw. This commitment to health and wellbeing is a lifelong journey for us, and we're grateful to Jesse for fostering such a remarkable community.
