Inspired by his great grandmother's cooking, Brian began mastering traditional Puerto Rican dishes, in which he now brings to his experience in the fast-paced environment of fine dining. Outside the kitchen, Brian enjoys hiking , mountain biking, and spending quality time with his son 💙
