Nutri Sport is a new personal training and boxing studio located in Folsom, CA. Classes include both cardio boxing and boxing classes with a focus on learning proper boxing technique. It is $5 drop in fee per class, or you can purchase a punch card for 10 classes for $40. Personal Training and Yoga Classes are available by appointment.
