You must want to learn to dance to specific rhythms..and learn to stay on beat..

You must want to be challenged both physically as well as mentally and not just mindlessly go thru the motions..

You need to want to have FUN while learning a skill AND getting a workout!

7:00 PM – East Coast Swing 🕺

Monday Noon is Cardio Dance! A complete workout with a warm-up, some cardio, a cool down and stretching ALL while standing and to fun music...

Learn the basic steps in a ton of different dance styles including Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Swing, Salsa/Mambo, Merengue, Bachata, Disco and Jazz!

All group classes are $10 per person. No pre-registration needed!

Held at Wempner School of Dance located at 7 Sheboygan St Fond du Lac 3rd floor.

Ladies attending my Monday noon hour beginner ballroom/Latin/swing class...

Would you be interested in a cardio dance class instead? I have taught this in the past. And I use dance steps from all the different dance styles to create a workout complete with a warm up, cardio and cool down.

Or should we leave it as is and hope for guys 🤣🤣🤣

I will be teaching the beginner Waltz lesson tonight at 6pm..

But I am going to cancel the 7pm West Coast Swing lesson.

I am also canceling the Noon class tomorrow - Monday lunch and learn.

I have horrible vertigo and can't get into the ENT until tomorrow afternoon. Until then I can NOT spin 🤪😭
