Directions

Creamy Chicken Caesar Wrap
Transform your favorite salad into an easy and delicious meal. Made fresh with baked chicken, crispy lettuce, and a creamy Caesar sauce, this wrap is perfect for busy days when you need a quick and satisfying lunch.
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
5 Tbsp. Caesar Seasoning, divided
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more to sprinkle
1 lb. chicken tenderloins
Kosher Salt, to sprinkle
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. milk or water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
⅓ cup halved cherry tomatoes
⅓ cup diced cucumber
Directions
Step 1: Bread & bake chicken
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a small bowl, beat egg. In another small bowl, combine panko, 3 Tbsp. Caesar Seasoning, and Parmesan. One at a time, dip chicken in egg, then transfer to bowl with panko mixture and turn to coat. Arrange breaded chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 16 to 18 min. until lightly browned and internal temperature of thickest piece reaches 165 degrees. Sprinkle with Kosher Salt to taste and dice into bite-size pieces.
Step 2: Make creamy caesar sauce
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, milk, honey, lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp. Caesar Seasoning until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble wraps
On a clean surface, spread a small spoonful of sauce in the center of a tortilla. Add a small handful of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and chicken. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan to taste. Roll into a tight wrap, folding in the sides as you roll to keep filling contained. Slice in half and serve or wrap in aluminum foil and chill to enjoy later.

2 bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch coins
16 oz. strawberries, hulled and sliced into 1/4-inch coins

2 tsp. coconut oil
Salt of choice, to sprinkle:
French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
Hawaiian Red Gold Sea Salt
Sel Marin de Guerande Grey Sea Salt
Whiskey Barrel & Hickory Smoked Salt
Directions
Step 1: Arrange fruit
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Alternate placing banana and strawberry coins next to each other on the baking sheet to make a grid, minimizing any empty space.
Step 2: Add layers
Gently spread an even layer of warm peanut butter on top of fruit. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in several 15 second bursts, stirring each time. Gently spread an even layer of chocolate on top of peanut butter. Sprinkle with salt of choice.
Step 3: Freeze
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze bark for at least 3 hours. Keep frozen until you are ready to break into pieces and enjoy.
Peruvian Turkey Burgers 🍔
Spice up burger night with these lean patties inspired by Peruvian flavors.
Ingredients
For sauce:
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp. Jalapeño Chile Powder
For burgers:
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Step 1: Make sauce
In a small bowl, stir together Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, Granulated Garlic, Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, Ground Cumin, and Jalapeño Chile Powder until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2: Form and grill burgers
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sauce. Form into 4 equal size patties. Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 7 to 10 min. each side. Serve burgers with remaining sauce.

This hearty Sun-Dried Tomato Minestrone soup mix shines with sweet sun-dried tomato powder and a quintet of aromatic herbs.
Shopping List:
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter1 Sun-Dried Tomato Minestrone mix1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained5 cups water2 cups small diced or thinly sliced vegetables, such as beans, carrots, kale, peas, potatoes, squash, etc.1 cup small, dry pasta, such as ditalini, elbows, farfalle, shells, etc.
Peruvian Black Bean Soup
This quick and easy black bean soup recipe is elevated with Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, a citrusy and tangy seasoning blend that makes anything pop!
Ingredients
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced yellow onion
2 1/2 tsp. Summer Savory
Water to cover beans
4 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari)
2 1/2 tsp. Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
Mayan Sea Salt, to taste
Directions
Step 1: Cook beans
In a large pot over medium heat, add beans and onion. Add Summer Savory, rubbing between hands before adding in order to crumble the leaves. Add water to cover beans. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 min.
Step 2: Season and finish
Test the beans. They should be very soft. You should be able to press the bean with your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Add the tomato paste, soy sauce (or tamari), Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, and Mayan Sea Salt to taste. Simmer for 20 min. until liquid should be fragrant and slightly thick.

This creamy traditional Italian dessert pairs exquisitely with a sprinkle of Saffron Salt and your favorite fruit.
Ingredients
1 1/4 tsp. gelatine powder
3/4 cup whole milk
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. Saffron Salt*, plus more for garnishing
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. Natural Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Prepare a small ice water bath and 4, 1/2 cup or larger serving cups or bowls. Dissolve gelatine powder in milk in a small saucepan. Add sugar and Saffron Salt and heat to 135 degrees over medium-low heat. Turn off the heat and add heavy whipping cream and Natural Vanilla Extract. Pour into a bowl that can rest in the ice bath and cool to 50 degrees. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve and into serving cups or bowls. Sprinkle Saffron Salt to taste on top of each serving. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours, or until set.
An elegant shrimp recipe that is complex in flavor and simple in process.
Simply brine your shrimp by placing in a large bowl and adding cold water until the shrimp is submerged. Add Saffron Salt and stir until salt is dissolved. Refrigerate shrimp in brine for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours. A longer brining time will deepen the golden color.
Cook your shrimp with veggies of your choosing for a colorful & delicious meal! 🍤
