The 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique is a quick, effective way to shift your focus to the present and tune back in to your body and surroundings.

Larimer County has recently launched a new transportation planning effort - "Larimer on the Move". Community input is important!
Larimer on the Move The County wants to hear from you! Share your ideas, needs and ideas for solutions to everyday mobility issues you face when traveling in and around Larimer County.
We are offering some afternoon IEP-101 workshops. These are required to attend prior to receiving free advocacy services for youth in school.

He started by recognizing his strengths, applying lived experience to overcome employment barriers and connecting with community orgs to further develop skills + network.
