The Back to Basics workshop covers the fundamentals of Yoga Joint’s Flow class. Along with learning the “why” behind our flow, we will teach you how to tap into your strength to gain proper flexibility -- a critical area of understanding for any practitioner as it helps to prevent hyper-mobility. 🧘‍♀️✨
