When I did yoga teacher training in 2015, I had no intention of teaching yoga. I just wanted to learn more about this ancient practice that was creating so much positive change in my life.

When I started teaching yoga, I had no intention of teaching a beginners class. I wanted to teach fast paced vinyasa classes, like I like to take.

Isn’t it great that the universe steps in when it knows better?

Sometimes the hardest part of starting a new journey is just starting. But when we take that first step, we can trust that we will be guided right where we need to go, even if we don’t know where that is yet.

What new journey have you been hesitant to start? Take that first step! It will be ok. It will be better than ok. 😉
