Trouble with Reaching or Overhead Movements?
Shoulders are complex and a literal pain to deal with. Tightened muscular & surrounding structures of the shoulder can lead to impingement & rotator cuff tearing. We’ve had our fair share of injuries so we feel you.

How NOT to Ride a Bike
Stop riding equipment like it’s a mongoose with baseball cards in the spokes! Over time improperly setting up your bike can lead to hip flexor, patellar, & hamstring tendinitis. On top of that it will significantly reduce your overall performance.

• How to Deadlift •
Deadlifting is an extremely effective exercise in building strength & power when done correctly. It also teaches us how to properly use our core when lifting objects like our children, groceries, furniture, boxes… the list goes on. That being said, it’s worth our time to figure out how to properly preform the movement.

The age old question... should I be Deadlifting? The answer is YES! As humans we do variations of the deadlift all the time. That being said it only makes sense to practice & improve our mechanics to make the movement safe & effective for ourselves.

Ahh the ol’ Squat. Squatting is one of the most natural movements we do as children, however as we age it tends to be a little tougher. Here are some tricks to get you back out of the chair or out from under the barbell more efficiently.
