Tuesday Morning was another great one!
Toby shared some of the ways his company works to manage expectations to achieve greater customer satisfaction and retention. He highlighted the advantage of having the right tools for the job, saving the customer time and money. He reiterated the value of experience- especially in the trade services.

This week's speaker was Ryan Jordan of Cleanly. It was inspiring to hear the story of his company's beginnings.
