Requirements:

- Ability to lead and manage a crew

- Experience in all aspects of landscape with primary focus In Irrigation and to include: landscape install, sod installs, drainage, stone work/hardscapes, heavy equipment operation, some tree trimming, plant identification installing annuals, and diagnosing problems in a landscape. Additional experience is a plus.

- Have the patience and knowledge to teach and lead your crews on how to properly carry out each task and supervise efficiently.

- You must have a valid driver license

- Possess attentiveness for a professional appearance around customers

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, project manager, account manager and office manager on work progress, timeline, and any issues. ** Very important**

- Bilingual is a plus but not required.

- Have proficient common sense along with problem solving and solutions skill set

- Compensation can vary depending on experience and skill level.

- Resume is required for an interview.
