🍓Recipe of the Month: Supercharged Açaí Bowl🥥
In the spirit of a healthy and refreshing summer, we're sharing a delicious açaí bowl recipe that's not only packed with antioxidants but also incredibly tasty. It's the perfect breakfast or snack to fuel your day!
Ingredients:
2 frozen açaí packs
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar (optional)
Toppings:
1/4 cup granola (choose a low sugar, high fiber variety)
1 banana, sliced
A handful of fresh berries
A sprinkle of chia seeds or flaxseeds
A drizzle of honey or agave nectar (optional)
Instructions:
Place the frozen açaí packs, banana, frozen berries, almond milk, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. You're looking for a consistency thicker than a smoothie. If it's too thick, add a bit more almond milk; if too thin, add some more frozen fruit.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, banana slices, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of chia or flaxseeds. Finish with a drizzle of honey or agave if desired.
Enjoy your refreshing and energy-boosting açaí bowl!
