The Haven on 13th is participating in the wine walk next Friday. Black dog Winery will be in store providing the good stuff. With that, I will be doing a tiny tattoo event again. The tattoos will be approximately 1.5x1.5" linework with minimal shading. They are $20 each... Message me for prepayment and to secure your spot. The last event filled up quick!

About 18 yrs ago this time of the yr I was doing reno and ordering supplies for my first shop above where Extreme Audio is now.
What some of you may not know is that I had no intention of ever opening a shop( at least a tattoo shop). The reason I decided to go for it was because of a lil altercation with a no longer in business tattoo shop owner. He got it into his head that Franklin was his "turf" and I had no right to tattoo ( even out of my house) unless I went to him and asked his permission or for a job..like he was the fu**in godfather. Lol. We had words, it didn't end nicely and I felt the undeniable urge to open shop and see what happened. 18 yrs later, I'm still here.
There are 2 morals to this little history lesson
1. Anger is one hell of a motivator
2. You do not own the right to do what you do in any area without competition , no matter how much longer you've been doing it. It's a free world and anyone can take a stab at happiness their way.
And social media allows you the opportunity to look like a whining baby....OR NOT TO.
