There's still room for actors, tech crew, and directors in Off-Barrow's Red Eye Theatre Project!

This production is put together from start to finish in just 24 hours, making for a unique, fun-filled weekend experience! Anyone can participate. Absolutely no experience required!

Actors will be asked to read anything at all -- a book passage, poem, cereal box, monologue, song lyrics, improv, etc.

If you’re not ready to take to the stage, join us for a unique performance that is cast, written, directed, rehearsed, and performed in just 24 hours!

There will be a cash bar. Tickets are $12 at the door.

What motivates you?

Many of the students I work with love to work for a sticker to place in their method books as a sense of accomplishment.

Many of the kiddos I work with in music therapy enjoy receiving stickers when they reach milestones.

I have always LOVED stickers (just ask my mom 😂) so I may have gone a bit too far with this latest purchase…..🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏻👍🏻 Totally worth it for me! I will gladly hand these stickers out if it means someone feels accomplished.

"My 2 year old asks me to read the same book over and over and over again? Is this normal?" She DM'd me. It's normal and developmentally appropriate for kids to seek out the same activity over and over.

Here's what might be happening for your child when they ask to read their favorite book for the 100th time, or ask to play peek-a-boo all day long:

✨ They feel safe and in control when things are predictable

✨ They feel good when they can identify what happens next

✨ They are working to master a skill and want to practice

Does this happen in your household? What activities are on repeat right now?

Now that the word is official, we are moving! I am so thankful that I met these wonderful women! They have included me every step of the way and mapped out space for my new office. Some time this Spring we will be moving in! Sooooo excited!!!!!

Good News: We bought a building today! 😍 Our team will start renovating 1253 Liberty Street in preparation of a larger showroom and builders area along with even more lesson rooms. We will be posting photos as we progress. DS Music Therapy will be joining us. We plan to move sometime this SPRING! We are ALL super excited. 🎤🎼🎹🥁🎷🎺🎸🪕🎻
