Preschool Parents: Today we learned that God loves us no matter what. During bath time, grab a bathtub crayon for both you and your child. Draw half a heart on the tub. Then tell your child to draw the other half. Keep drawing hearts together while you talk about the story Jesus told about the father who loved his son no matter what. Jesus told us this story to teach us that God loves us no matter what. When you're done drawing hearts, point to each heart and say, "Yay, Jesus!"
Elementary parents: Today we learned there's always something worth celebrating-the Good News of Jesus! While on the go, ask your kid: "What would make the best party ever?"
