We are pleased to announce the unveiling of the Emma Smith Plaque at her prior residence in downtown Frederick. The Kiwanis Club of Frederick County dedicated this plaque to recognize her pivotal role in our community. Emma founded Frederick Health Hospital in 1902. We are honored to have been able to continue her legacy over the last 120 years and are excited to continue it for future generations.
