Guest Still Wanting to buy Seat Ticket’s to The Perfect Spell here is how you can get a reservation.

We ask guest looking for reservation seats to buy them from our guest that can no longer come anymore do to COVID-19. This will help other guest get there money back and get you a seat to something so fun and different to do.

Remember once you buy your seats from other guest there are no refunds. The price for the seat ticket is to lock in your reservation and does not include food. Our restaurant is not liable for any purchases being made from guest to guest.

Warning if your buying reservations seats off of other guest make sure they have there new reservation date if there seat reservations was affected by COVID-19.

NEW UPDATE! With a wave of the wand and a couple flicks we are excited to announce our first weekend back open was a magical one.

THINGS WE HAVE DONE!
We have made many changes in the restaurant to make sure that you and our staff are as safe as possible. Things we have done:

- All original seating times may vary due to the extra steps in sanitation and the way we are now needing to seat each reservation, please keep this in mind, and know that we will not start the show until we have all that has checked in, seated.

- We are asking when you arrive to please check in and give us your phone number, and remain in your car, we will then text you to inform you it is your tur vV v. I’ll n to be seated.

- When entering the building we ask that you utilize our hand sanitizer station and wear a mask while walking to and from your table and as you get up for the rest room, and upon your departure. You may remove your mask once seated at your table.

- We removed half of our tables to give proper social distancing. We also put up plastic dividers as well to help and this also provides your own little VIP sectioning.

-We will now leave the tops of our windows in our restaurant down for a circulation of airflow.

-Please know that prior to every show, we are utilizing a UV sanitation light to help ensure that it is thoroughly sanitized for the next party.

-Menus will now be throw away and able to down load on your phone so there’s no need to touch a menu.

-All staff will be wearing face mask.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!

IF you had a reservation between March and June and have not gotten an email from us, please email us ASAP at [email protected] (DO not message us in any other fashion as we are trying to keep things in order). We are attempting to reach out to reservations in chronological order.

Please don’t panic if we do not respond promptly as we are needing to reschedule folks further down the road. If you hold a July reservation and are an out of state resident, please know that we will need to wait and reschedule your reservation once the Governor lifts the 14 day quarantine that she has in place. This could be lifted in a couple weeks but we just don’t know right yet.

Please know that we extended our lease and added more show times to ensure that everyone that has purchased their reservations that they will be able to enjoy them.

As a reminder when purchasing we posted a NO REFUND POLICY, please know that we are working diligently to make things right, although this pandemic was out of our hands and not something anyone can prepare for, please know that it is also affecting us. We are a small Maine business and have not received any assistance or breaks from the Governor during this unprecedent time and we are truly looking forward to getting back to our Magic tricks and making memories with each and every one of you.

Once you receive your email from us, you have decided you are no longer wanting to join us, you will be offered several forms of credit in lieu of the pandemic setbacks. These credit opportunities are rescheduling to a future date for the same themed show, tickets to a future themed show at the next pop up location, or assistance in selling our current reservation to those looking to still get tickets to The Perfect Spell, this will be more available once the pandemic slows down and the state of Maine’s restrictions are lifted.
