Step Challenge Post

The time has come to compete… Today is a call to action for anyone who wants to be healthier.

The entire month of August will be our first Steps Challenge. Sadly, many people who give great effort in the gym and do their best with their nutrition may not achieve the progress they are looking for due to a lack of adequate general movement.

Here’s the challenge criteria:
1. Steps must be tracked on a pedometer, smartphone, smart watch etc. (something to quantify and prove how many steps you’ve done)
2. Honor System (please don’t tie your Apple Watch to your dog or ceiling fan…)
3. Most collective steps in the month of August wins a 200 dollar gift card to Long Island Meal Prep.
