American Culinary Federation
Annual Chefs’ Touch Dinner
What do they do?... Their mission is to provide support to culinary education through scholarships as well as ongoing educational and mentoring support to culinary students, cooks and chefs in the Casco Bay region.
They support SMCC with culinary school scholarships and monthly continuing education meetups. We also support the Wayside food Program, The Good Shepard food bank, Cooking Matters, Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, The Wounded Warriors project. They also support other local charities from time to time.
Casco Bay Chef’s ACF has no paid staff and is 100% volunteer.
Inspired by our good neighbor, Wanderlust Juicery, we have decided to join them in declaring our first Snow Appreciation Day of 2024! Stay warm and stay safe, we’ll open at 11am on Monday 1-8-24.
