What a fun Halloween last night handing out lots of candy! Here is just a few costumes that came by.
Hello! We are so excited to be kicking off our Winter Farmers Market on Wednesday Nov 6 3-6p!
Who will be at the Farmers Market?
, Valley View Farm, Little Ridge Farm &
*ChiGoBee Farm
A small licensed dairy goat farm, producing all products in a licensed commercial kitchen. We produce goat cheese, yogurt, kefir, soap, fresh sourdough breads, possible warm sourdough just out of the oven! Also baked goods include sourdough, chocolate chip cookies, Boston cream pie cakes, caramels, fudges, and other goodies.
*Valley View Farm
So for winter markets I would have small potatoes, fingerling potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, beets, carrots, winter squashes, dried beans, baby leaf lettuce, (hopefully) baby spinach, scallions, Apples.
I also will have chicken eggs, possibly duck eggs, ground beef, stew meat, bacon, chops ground pork, 2 types of pork sausage, whole chicken.
*Two Coves Farm
Here is what I think will be available pork, whole chickens, sheepskins, yarn, maybe eggs, garlic, and lamb in December or January.
*Tripping Gnome Farm
Fresh and freeze dried mushrooms and microgreens. Plus freeze dried produce, granola, honey and TGF merchandise.
*Fresh Harvest in a Jar
At Fresh Harvest in a Jar we hand craft all of our jams, jellies, curds, and fruit spreads, one batch at a time. Fresh fruit, a pinch of sugar, no additives or preservatives.
From berries and lemons to decadent chocolate, even rum and wine, we have a flavor to satisfy every craving. We also offer a delicious buttermilk scone mix that pairs well with our jams, jellies,
*Kimchi Beyond Compare
I am thrilled to introduce some of my kimchi products to you and your business, and I am
very proud of my product, as they come from my South Korean family recipes.
We use a high content of apples for
our Vegan kimchi and it is also naturally fermented, our kimchi does not include soy (which makes it free of the top 9 allergen on the FDA
allergen list) while still creating that earthy umami flavor with our fresh ingredients.
*Little Feather Herbs
Home made herbal body products such as magnesium lavender cream, peony face cream, herbal body oil and salves to name some. We make tinctures, fire cider, tonics and Mushroom blends, elixirs such as elderberry or Turmeric & ginger, tea and more! Homegrown, foraged, and organic as possible. Herbal inspired baked good and eggs as allowed/available.
*LunaBeeCo
Honey and honey products.
