We love to see when God provides and how our community cares for one another. Today we got to pass out backpacks, shoes, and gifts cards for ice cream. To see the families faces today was priceless. Or choosing to put food on the table or take a shower. These are the constant struggles the families we help go through. Getting Ready for School? Shoe Sensation and The Salvation Army are partnering up in helping the Fremont Community by having a special offer. Buy one pair of shoes and donate another with a 30% discount. With your contribution you will be helping a child in need of shoes for the school year.

Join us in helping our Fremont Community with our Back-to-School Drive. Our local Methodist Hospital, Methodist Urgent Care, Cubby's, and The Salvation Army in Fremont is collecting brand-new school supplies for kids in need. With your help we can achieve in doing the most good.

Hello Fellow Homeschool Families. The Salvation Army is opening up its doors starting July 15 from 9am to 12pm for you to use their facility. They have a gymnasium, a game room, a classroom, a music room, a quiet room with a computer to use if needed, and plenty of tablets if you need to use them for homework use. We hope you can come join us in creating a safe and fun environment to learn, work, play, and fellowship with others from your homeschool community.

From the Rise & Shine Donuts to The Salvation Army where will our furry friend go next?

Happy Donut Day 🥳 The Salvation Army created the first donut day event in Chicago in 1938 as a fundraiser to help those in need during The Great Depression. Donut Lassies were Salvation Army volunteers who baked and delivered donuts during World War I. In celebration we want to thank Rise & Shine Donuts for your donation in donuts in sharing joy in the community. Thank you also to Major Dan Sawka for your help in passing them out.

Today, we had Men's Mystery at Summit Lake, which was a great opportunity to admire God's creations.

What a blessing it was in our women ministries to have Katie, Phinehas, their handlers and caregivers come tell us about their beautiful ministry in sharing mercy, compassion, presence, and proclamation of Jesus Christ to those suffering and in need. We learned so much and got to get some cuddle time with the dogs too. It’s truly a beautiful ministry.
