✨NEW INSTRUCTOR & CLASS✨ Meet Taylor!! 🎉🥰🔥She will be teaching Pilates Plus (non-heated) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:00am starting this week!

Taylor is currently pursuing a career in health and fitness. Sports have always been a huge part of Taylor’s life, she trained as a competitive gymnast for six years before running track and pole vault. After retiring from competitive gymnastics due to a knee injury, her love for the sport drove her to continue with the training so she could start coaching her own athletes. She began instructing gymnastics, conditioning, and cheer tumbling classes at Gymnastics Beat, incorporating the skills and training from her time as a gymnast into her classes.

Taylor eventually found her way to Blue moon Yoga where she began practicing Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the practice because it reminded her of the training she did as a competitive gymnast and made the connection that gymnastics and pilates go hand and hand. She began incorporating some of the workouts she practiced into her coaching.

After consistently taking classes and wanting to further her practice she took the Inferno Hot Pilates instructor training, completed her certification in July 2023, and officially started teaching in September of 2023.

Shortly after joining Blue moon Taylor branched out to other studios to get a wide variety of different teaching methods, where she fell in love with FitnessSocial. After taking classes at this studio she knew it was a place she wanted to start expanding her practice. Taylor was brought on to the FitnessSocial crew as an instructor in June of 2024. She plans to continue instructing at Blue Moon, FitnessSocial and Gymnastics Beat while getting her degree in Kinesiology and pursuing a career in Physical Therapy. 🤩👏
