The month of July will be 10 inch Pineapple Upside Down cake for $35. I will be able to do limited deliveries that are outside of Disney and a delivery charge will be assessed.

From what was just a side hustle during COVID, I have decided to bring back, Joey, the Baker. Every month I will be selling different items that will go along with the season. I will also be taking special order if you need something specific. I will be making deliveries at Disney as well as some in the OC area. Pickup is also offered. I hope to hear from you

2021 is here, the ovens are on and we are back. Januarys menu is our and this is what we have for ya. Cookies we have the tie dye cookie, Reese's stuffed chocolate chip cookies and the brown butter toffee pecan. New this year we have Cupcakes. Vanilla cupcake with a chocolate salted caramel buttercream and a Banana cupcake with a cinnamon cream cheese buttercream.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I am so thankful for all that bought tamales this month. I finished calculating and the grand total sold was 34 dozen tamales and I went through 80 lb of Masa. For Christmas I would like to reach 50 dozen if we can. Tomorrow I will be announcing the holiday cookies. Some Fall cookies will make it to the winter season since they were a big hit.
