Aloha, we have some big news to share! 🤙🏼 Over the years we’ve received many requests to wholesale our baked goods to other businesses. Last year we began working diligently to make that dream a reality. After much thought and consideration, we’ve decided to close our beloved retail bakery. Our retail bakery’s final day will be this Friday, May 24th, closing at 3 pm. 🌸

But don’t worry, this isn’t a goodbye- it’s a new beginning! 🎉 Our wholesale business is growing ☺️ and we’re thrilled to announce that we’re transitioning to focus exclusively on providing our delicious baked goods to your favorite cafes, restaurants, stores, & event centers. 🍪

🟣UBE MOCHI CHURRO🟣
Are you looking for a sweet recipe this coming holidays or family events? Our Ube Mochi Churro is a must-try. So, we are sharing our recipe! 🤩💜

Ingredients:
220g Mochi Baking Mix
150g Water
40g Unsalted Butter
2 eggs Large Whole Eggs
5 g Vanilla Extract
As needed Cinnamon Sugar
115g Purple Yam Powder
2g Ube Extract
25g Sugar

👨‍🍳 Procedure:
- Beat eggs in a container and set them aside.
- Add butter and water to a saucepan and heat on low until butter is melted and water is at a soft boil.
- Add Mochi Baking Mix, vanilla, and ube extract to the saucepan while still on low heat and fold until fully incorporated.
- Once all flour is fully incorporated, you should have a dough ball. Place into a stand mixer.
- Add beaten eggs and mix with the flat be**er attachment until fully incorporated.
- Add all contents into a piping bag with a steel tip and let rest.
- Heat oil to 350* F or 176* C and pipe contents while cutting with scissors to portion.
- Use a frying spider or tongs to roll and submerge.
- Remove from the oil and let the oil drain.
- Once the churros are dry, roll into purple yam cinnamon sugar, and serve!

With our ties to Hawaii and personally knowing some of those impacted, our hearts go out to those tragically affected in Lahaina. Our team came up with our Love Lahaina doughnut to raise funds for all of those impacted.

🚨We're coming Chino 😉 We've been kind of quiet about this one, but we know many of you have seen the sign up at the shop. We get asked all the time to open in different areas, and Chino has been on our radar since 2019. We started this spot with pop-ups in summer of 2022 to see if anyone wanted us to open a location here. TBH we were shocked by the response. 9 out of 10 people said they knew about us and had been to our shop in Costa Mesa 🤯 We couldn't believe how many people had continually made that drive to support us and we felt overwhelmed by the support.

We're very excited to announce that we'll be starting out here on Saturdays and Sundays and will be here every weekend beginning this Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th. Our hours for now will be 10 am - 4 pm every weekend. We'll have all of our Mochi Doughnuts, Egg Custard Tarts, Soft-Baked Cookies, and our Chiffon Cakes. We don't have online ordering yet for this location, but we will in the very near future. We are located at 4024 Grand Ave. Chino inside of
