We’ve added some more Gluten Free pans. Our gluten free pizzas seem to be growing in popularity, so we’ve raised our par. This means you’ll have a better chance of us having them later in the evening on busy days. While there’s still a chance that we’ll run out, there’s a better chance that we won’t.

Working on this Gluten Free/Vegan Bumpy Cake. Have you heard of Bumpy Cake before? I hadn’t until a few weeks ago. It’s a dessert from the Detroit area that is a chocolate cake with buttercream strips, and chocolate frosting! Our business associate took the recipe and made it gluten free and vegan. It is so delicious that nobody would ever know that it’s GF/V. Grab a piece next time you’re in getting the best GF pizza in Gainesville.
