As a fitness + nutrition coach who has helped 100s of women transform their lives ✨

What I would do NOW vs. the mistakes I’ve made:

1️⃣ Focus on protein ➡️ Focus on calories

2️⃣ Take rest days ➡️ No days off

3️⃣ Workout 3-4x/week ➡️ 6x/week & sometimes two a days🥵

4️⃣Hire a coach / trying to do it on my own

Diet culture, advertisements & even some coaches don’t help with this.

My goal for sharing this is to help YOU decipher all the misinformation that’s thrown at you on social media & give you the TRUTH. 😌

I’ve gained 20-25lbs since high school and that’s okay ‼️

Your reminder that the SCALE isn’t everything. 💪🏻

The scale doesn’t ALWAYS have to be going DOWN ⬇️ for you to see amazing results & feel more confident in your body. 💜

Although the scale can be a great way to measure progress if your goal is weight loss or toning but it’s not the only way to track progress! ✨

SOMETIMES, the scale will actually go UP ⬆️ to get the results you’re looking for! ✨

P.S. I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s okay if you don’t weigh the same weight as you did in high school. 💃
