Gainesville After-Hours Clinic is an urgent-care and family medicine office located at the corner of NW 13th Street and 10th Avenue, just 10 blocks north of the University of Florida campus. We feature 4 experienced, UF-trained MD's board certified in family medicine and a nurse practitioner for your medical needs. Parking in our lot is free and our hours are as follows:

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great Halloween and are looking forward to the upcoming holidays. Here is our December schedule! Please note that we will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and Dr. Gallogly will be out of the office from December 26th to January 8th. Please plan your visits accordingly.
Edit: We will now be closed on New Year's Eve and Cindy will be moving her clinic to Friday, 12/30/22 from 10-2.

Hey everyone; hope you all are safe and recovering from Hurricane Ian! Here's our November schedule! Please note again that our weekend clinics will be held on Sunday instead of Saturday due to Gator football games and that we will be closed for Thanksgiving from the 24th to the 27th. Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families!!
Hi everyone. Due to Hurricane Ian, the following clinics have been canceled:
1. Thursday 9/29/22: Cindy 1:30-4:30
2. Thursday 9/29/22: LeeAnne 6:15-9:15
3. Friday 9/30/22: Dr. Raulerson 10-2
4. Friday 9/30/22: Chad 5:30-8:30
During these clinics, the office will be CLOSED and there won't be anyone in to answer the phones either. At this point, we have attempted to contact everybody that is scheduled during these clinics in order to reschedule them. So if you know you have an appointment and have not rescheduled, please give the office a call at 352-379-1049.
Also PLEASE NOTE that Dr. Gallogly's 9-1 clinic on Thursday 9/29/22 will still be happening as normal.

Saturday & Sunday: Hours vary but are typically held 11 AM - 3 PM or 12 PM - 4 PM one weekend day. Please check our calendar for hours.

FAMILY PRACTICE
For ongoing health care needs, feel free to stop by as a walk-in or call us for an appointment. We routinely see patients for the following:

--DOT, annual, sports & routine physicals

--EKGs
--Drug screenings
--Referrals to specialists
--Medical wellness exams
URGENT CARE
We are also available for unexpected medical emergencies.
Walk-ins are welcome.
ADDICTION
Our doctors are trained in addiction medicine. Please call to see if openings for treatment are available.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
So that we may best serve you by keeping our overhead costs down, here is a list of primary insurances we currently accept:
--Medicare
--BCBS (PPO, if HMO is assigned to us)
--United Healthcare (PPO)
--Avmed
--Tricare (Standard)
Additionally, we accept the following supplementary insurances (if a primary insurance also exists):
--AARP
--Champ VA
--Any Medicare Supplement Insurance
If we do not accept your insurance, we will be happy to see you and provide you with a copy of your receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Regular office visits are $100 without insurance, while first time Suboxone patients pay $160. Please bring your photo ID and proof of insurance to your first appointment.
